According to sources on Friday the CBI has filed a charge sheet against Amit Shah. The Gujarat Minister of State for Home Amit Shah was scheduled to appear for the investigations before 1:00p.m. on Friday but he didn’t come. He asked for more time to make his presence possible but CBI rejected his request and filed the charge sheet as he was called for having connection with the fake encounter case of Sohrabuddin Sheikh.
CBI tried to find him earlier this morning even they went his office and questioned his personal secretary and also search for him on various places where his presence was possible.
On the other hand his legal team is blaming that the given time was too short that’s why he couldn’t make his presence possible. On Thursday it was reported that the initial investigation was proving that he had connection with the case even he was aware of the encounter plan. Now his absence is also proving that he has any involvement in the case that’s why he is afraid of facing the situation.
The whole situation became worst, when two of his associates admitted that they have threatened case witnesses and were involved in bribing. Not only this they also destroyed evidence in order to make the case weakest.
In 2005, Sohrabuddin and his family were abducted from Gujrat and after two days he was killed in a fake encounter. The persons who are involved in the case also killed his wife and the third person who was with them.
