Sangeetha Arvind-Krish or also called as only Sangeetha is a Tamil Indian Actress and singer who was born on 21st of October. The year has been not mentioned by the actress herself. Bedside Sangeetha she is also known with many other names like Rasika, Deepti and Krish on the screen. She was born in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Arvind and Bhanumathy are her parents.
Her grandfather was also a famous film producer who had produced almost 20 Tamil movies and called as K. R. Balan. Few films had been also produced by her father. She is a very good dancer and during her school days she learned Bharatanatyam completely and now she is a professional Bharatanatyam dancer. She was also a head girl at the St. John’s situated in Besant Nagar.
In 90s she made her debut movie and also best known of her acting in the movie entitled as Khadgam, Dhanam, Uyir and Pithamagan. Her latest released Evano Oruvan in which she acted against Madhavan is also a good movie. On 1st of February 2009 she married to Krish who is a film playback singer. Their wedding was attended by very few personalities like Lakshmi Rai, Mumtaj, Jeeva and Divyadarshini.
Some reports also said that this wedding was a secret wedding. She has also made her many appearances on the TV. She is also a judge in the hit show of Vijay TV known as Jodi No 1 in its first three seasons. Beside that she also judged many other reality shows in India like Dhool etc.
In year 2002 and 2003 she has been awarded with the FilmFare Award for Best Supporting Actress. In the same year 2003 she has been also awarded with the Tamil Nadu State Film Award Best Supporting Actress Award.
